Staff Lanyards
Your lanyard has been ordered and will be delivered to you within the first 2-3 weeks. Wear your lanyard at all Weekend Experiences, Blackout Days, All Staff, and other Special Events.
1 on 1 Meetings/Transportation with someone who is married or of the opposite sex
We expect ALL staff to have an open door or be able to be seen through the glass in the door when having any meeting with a member of the opposite sex (staff member or non-staff member). Having a third party as part of the meeting should be considered if the meeting is long or has unusual characteristics.
If either party is married, at no time shall a staff member have a meal or be in an automobile alone with a member of the opposite sex.
Mandatory All Staff Meeting + Training
Monthly except for July, and usually take place the first Tuesday of the month at 10am and take place at the Lakewood Ranch Campus. Worship, new announcements, staff recognitions, and other meetings/training as needed. Lunch provided.
